Once again the CFCC welcomed a large number of Ambassadors and High Commissioners. Our host was The Rt Hon the Lord Howell of Guildford and our Chairman, Rehman Chishti MP chaired the event. The rousing speech by our guest speaker, The Rt Hon Sir Nicholas Soames MP|, set the tone optimistically recalling our special relationship with the US. Woody Johnson, the US Ambassador was present and we were delighted and honoured to pay special tribute to him and all other heads of mission and diplomats among us.
