The Annual Diplomatic Party hosted by The Rt Hon Lord Howell of Guildford was a great success yesterday with members and diplomatic guests engaged in animated networking while enjoying views from the Terrace of the House of Lords.
Lord Howell spoke about increasing our global strength with the Commonwealth as a good model; a 'flowerbed' of different cultures yet cohesive and collaborative.
