MAYOR OF HERTSMERE - CLLR CYNTHIA BARKER
The funeral of the Mayor of Hertsmere, Cllr Cynthia Barker, will take place on Wednesday 23rd September at 1.00pm. Due to the restrictions regarding the pandemic, there are a limited number of guests who will be attending the funeral service. The Mayor’s Office will be represented by The Lord-Lieutenant of Hertfordshire, Mr Robert Voss CBE.

As First Citizen of the borough, Cllr Barker’s funeral hearse will make a tour of Hertsmere beginning at 10.30am in Borehamwood, travelling through Elstree, Bushey, Radlett, Shenley, South Mimms and Potters Bar, finishing back in Borehamwood at approximately 11.30am.
